[Typically at around 9am they have Divisions, prayers and physical drill. At around 4pm they have Quarters. The hands spend a lot of time cleaning the ship and also painting. There are often training classes at instruction. On Sunday morning they have Divine Service and are Mustered by Divisions and if in port they land Church Parties. When at sea they exercise the sea boats crew several times a day.

While in Harwich, each afternoon, some of the crew have leave, until 10pm for the men and 5.30pm for the boys]
