HMS Sealark's figurehead was modelled on Helen Elizabeth Lambert, daughter of Charles Lambert, the original owner of the yacht. When Sealark was converted to a hulk in 1924, her figurehead was presented to the Royal Australian Navy and mounted at Garden Island, Sydney, the main east coast naval base.

Notes:
